Message frequency: Message frequency may vary but will generally be approximately 2 to 4 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. The Hope Institute is not responsible for any such charges.
Opt out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send you text messages unless you opt in again.
